how to pasabuy?
1) search some photocards or items that you want to purchase in Mercari
→ mercari2) for price conversion, you may use my calculator that can be seen on my masterlist
→ masterlist3) once you want to purchase something or if you want to inquire, you can send me the link. i'll tell you to fill up my claiming form before i forward the link to my consol if you want to secure the item already4) no payments would be made UNLESS i already told you that your item/s are already reserved or secured. that's when you must submit a response on my payment formthings to take note of:
◽ in some instances, i tend to ask for the payment in advance to secure the item right away◽ if it is already marked as sold in mercari right before we secured the item, a refund will be made◽ READ MY MERCARI T&C and as well my MAIN T&Cif you have any questions that wasn't answered, dm me :)

☆ NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICYplease keep in mind that we are only managing your order/s from Mercari; we only receive links and secure them for you therefore, we are not liable and/or no refunds shall be made during these instances (including but not limited to):1. the JP seller from Mercari did not ship-out and/or deliver the items2. the mail was damaged and/or lost in JP during shipment3. the JP seller did not disclose any damage/s on the items before we secure the item4. there were unexpected delays due to the slow shipment of parcels in JP5. there were unexpected delays because the box was held in PH customs6. the parcel was damaged and/or lost by local couriers during shipment (Shopee Checkout — GGX, J&T, Ninjavan, SPX, etc.)☆ NO CANCELLATIONS once item/s are reserved and/or secured.☆ NO RUSH SECURING. we tend to reserve items first from mercari before we "mass secure" them, meaning that we secure items all in once.☆ payment scheme is PAYO or Pay As You Order, once reserved and/or secured.☆ Packing fees may vary depending on your number of items.☆ I always pack the items on how I receive them on my PH address.☆ Local Shipping fee and packing fees are to be paid ONCE ON HAND.☆ READ MY TERMS & CONDITIONS
